How do I place an order online?

When you have chosen your doll, click “Checkout.” You will be guided through an easy checkout process that is safe and secure! 


How long does it take to process an online order?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, based on availability of your doll, and your credit authorization. Generally speaking, using standard UPS ground shipping, you should expect your doll within five to ten days. It will be shipped directly from the Lee Middleton warehouse in Ohio.


Can I ship to multiple addresses?
 

Yes. When you are ready to check out, you will be asked to provide the full name and shipping information for each person.


Is the Doll Baby Shop webstore secure?

Absolutely. For your security, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent any of your private information from being intercepted. Your credit card number and personal information is encrypted using Verisign’s Secure Server ID to secure your private information. For further information, please see our Privacy Policy. 


How do I change an order?

If you notify us within 12 hours by phone, fax or email, we can adjust or cancel your order. After that time, no changes in the order can be made. If necessary, you may return the doll for an exchange, credit or refund. You must notify us of your intention to return the doll and the paperwork that must accompany the doll will be sent to you. The doll must be packaged securely in its original packaging and returned via UPS or insured mail within 14 days. Shipping and processing charges are not refunded.  A refund check will be sent to you upon return receipt of the doll. Allow a minimum of a week for your request to be processed.
