Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the doll promptly in its original packaging, and we will refund or credit the price and the tax (if applicable) to your original method of payment.   All dolls  must be returned within 14 days from the date they were mailed.  Refunds will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.  The minimum fee is $6.00.

If the order cannot be shipped to you within two weeks  because of a lack of availability from the manufacturer, we will notify you and recommend that you re-order at a later date.

We offer free UPS ground shipping for all orders of $200 or more shipping to the same address.  Dolls may be shipped by UPS Ground, Next Day, UPS 2-Day or UPS 3-day. UPS rates are calculated by weight and generally range between $6 to $10 for ground.  Rates for faster shipping  are $10 - $20 higher.  Rates are subject to change. All orders will ship within 7 business days or the customer will be notified.  

Only dolls that have been damaged in mailing will be accepted for refund. Please include the original packaging.
